A Recipient of many distinguished Licenses and Certifications and Member and Associate in many Professional Associations Dr A.V. Hankin is also A Graduate of the Michigan State University of Human Medicine, Dr.Hankins has served as Surgeon General for The Royal House for the last two Years

The acting Surgeon General is Dr. A.V. Hankins.

The Surgeon General serves as The Dairamountcy chief health educator by providing His Majesty with the best scientific information available on how to improve the health and reduce the risk of illness and injury.

Among the rutine concerns of the Surgeon General are checkups for the Dairamont and supplying recommendations of Disease Control in the 16 nations of West Africa including AIDS and General Nutrition.
